I have over 15 years in the multi-family sector that spans affordable housing apartments and market rate apartments alike. I've helped build thousands of units in my career. I'm involved in all aspects of construction from preconstruction, prime contract and subcontract negotiations, active projects that are under construction, to close out and business development. I enjoy working with others and coaching our teams to all be successful.

I was privileged to have my father be a mentor to me in the construction industry from an early age, teaching me core values of hard work and discipline. Nothing in life is easy and the hard work on overcoming difficult challenges and completing successful projects is very rewarding. I enjoy being able to see and drive by all the projects I've worked on and seeing all the families that have moved in.
