The Remi is an age restricted community, serving general low-income and formerly homeless seniors. This six-story building is designed in a contemporary architectural style. The project consists of 92 affordable apartment units, 48 studios, 42 one-bedroom, and 2 two-bedroom manager’s units. Resident amenities on the ground level include a Community Space, Computer Room, and Community Kitchen. The Roof Terrace on the second floor will feature open and shaded areas for residents to relax and take-in the surrounding city views. The target population is seniors (age 55+). One-half of the units in this community will be reserved for formerly homeless seniors.
