Micah Spano

Micah oversees the construction phase for various developments. He manages the bid and contract process as well as the schedules and budgets of multiple projects. Mr. Spano’s responsibilities include design development, permit issuance, bonding, LEED or other “green” certifications, RFIs, change orders and project handover to operational management of the properties. Mr. Spano has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development. Prior to founding HA Builder Group, LLC, Mr. Spano oversaw construction for Affirmed Housing Group, in a relationship that continues to this day. Previously, Mr. Spano managed the design and construction of several mid-rise condominium projects in downtown San Diego and over one million square feet of retail, office and industrial projects in Southern California. In addition, as the Director of Engineering and Construction for Halliburton/Brown & Root, he managed the largest U.S. Government cost-plus contract in the world supplying construction services to the U.S. military in both Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Republic of Georgia. Mr. Spano is both a licensed general contractor and civil engineer.
