I’m proud of the projects constructed throughout a career that’s now spanned over 20 years.  My journey has moved from the building of schools and performing arts centers, to large-luxury-commercial-retail spaces and today, affordable housing. However, housing those in need and helping to provide peace, safety and stability to families, ranks highest and is personally the most fulfilling.

I excel in management fundamentals and construction practices, but I am passionate about the relationships that build great teams and foster client cooperation and trust.  No project is without its peculiar, and at times, acute ‘pressures’.  But the goals are bigger than the mechanics of efficiency and value. I believe the process should be equally fulfilling to the OAC team as the product is to the occupants of the spaces we construct.
